We are somewhat different to most design companies today, we follow our own design process philosophy that we feel brings the best results for our customers and offers the highest value of satisfaction for them.

- We focus on each client as a unique project, and we always start with a clear assessment of the clients needs, and use this to create a set of requirements that our project will fulfill. This enables each client to clearly see from the very beginning of the project what we will be producing, this clarity helps avoid the potential for any problems to crop up later on.
- As soon as we have agreed on a final set of requirements with a client, we will build up a design to ensure the project is fulfilling all the requirements highlighted. This usually means a client will quickly see a project mature as they would want to.
- The third stage of our design process is implementation, we will create the website from the designs and, as always, finish the project to our highest standard.
- Once the project has been implemented we will test it thoroughly, this enables the client not only to see the project but also to test it for themselves to make sure they are happy and there are no issues that need to be corrected.
- Our final step is the on-going maintenance of the finished product. We will happily maintain any of our products on behalf of a client, the cost of maintenance will always be quoted along with our initial assessment.
