Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal:

No PC is ever fully immune to harmful software such as viruses, spyware and malware. No matter what software protection you use, at some point you may find yourself the victim of one of these nasties. If your anti-virus is unable to deal with it then we can resolve the situation.

We will evaluate your computer, once we have identified the problems, we will remove and clean the computer.Once the computer has been cleaned and is confirmed to no-longer be infected, we will update your current antivirus, if you have no current antivirus/malware protection we can optionally install this for you. We will then give the computer a clean bill of health.

If cleaning is not possible, or fails to remove the malicious programs, we will backup all available non-infected files and suggest that you have a complete format and OS reinstallation performed to remove the problem.

• Any corrupted files will be fixed or removed.
  
• The computer will be confirmed to be clean.
  
• Your current antivirus will be updated (if any is present).
  
• Optionally we can install an antivirus/malware protection product for you.
• If cleaning fails we will backup all non-infected files. (OS reinstallation will be suggested but is not included in cost)
