Software Installation

Most software is simple and straightforward to install, but if you are having problems installing an application or a game and have run out of ideas, then don’t panic.

The chances are that it is something simple interfering with your install, for example your computer could have an installation pending blocking it from starting, you could be low on hard drive space, it could be below the minimum specifications for the software/game, or you could have a fault with some of your hardware such as your CD/DVD drive. Our engineers have external optical drives, so we'll always be able to get your software installed, and we can advise you of any issues that your computer may be experiencing during the software installation.
