PC Repair:

Most PC's run faultlessly for years, but if your PC has broken down or developed a fault, simply contact us and describe your problem as best you can and we will dispatch an engineer to repair the problem within 48 hours (subject to engineer availability in your area and that any needed parts are in-stock).

We will always attempt to fix your problem on the spot assuming we have the correct parts, if we cannot perform a repair, we can either arrange a second visit and return with the parts needed, or take your PC off-site and repair it in our workshop.

PC repair includes:

  A full physical checkup of your computer. (This may not always be possible onsite)
• Fix any parts that are malfunctioning but are not broken.
  
• Replace any parts that are faulty and not repairable. (Cost of parts is not included)
• Once the machine is running again a diagnostic will be performed and you will be given a copy of the results. Any software faults will be highlighted to the client.
