How do I setup my Domain POP account in Microsoft Outlook 2002?

Once you have created the Domain POP account you can follow the below steps to setting that account inside your Microsoft Outlook 2002.
- Open Microsoft Outlook, click "Tools" along the top of Outlook, then clikc "Email Accounts" at the bottom of the menu. - Ensure "Add a new e-mail account" is selected and click Next. - Select the 2nd option for POP3 and click Next - Enter your Name and full domain POP address (example : info@myadomain.com) into the User Information section, - Enter : mail.yourdomain.net for both the incoming and Outgoing Mail server. - Enter the full domain email address as the Username (example info@mydomain.com) and it's password that you chose when creating the account. - Leave the Secure Password Authentication option unchecked. - Click the "More Settings" button and then click the "Outgoing Server" Tab along the top of the next window. - Tick the option for "My outgoing server require authentication" and ensure the option called "use same settings as..." is enabled. - Click OK (window returns to previous screen) and you can either use the "Test settings" button or click Next and then Finish.
